Rounding is done by WooCommerce and you can use it by following the below steps.

• Go to the WooCommerce settings – general tab.
• Set “Number of decimals” to your desired value and save the settings. You can set it to 0 to remove decimal points and round the prices. Or your can set it to “1” to keep 1 decimal point.
• Try again.

In case the above tip can not help you then you can check the below tip too.
The plugin has a feature to round adjustment based on WooCommerce decimal points. To use it follow the below steps.

• Go to the plugin settings – general tab – product pricing section.
• Set “Round Adjustment” to “Yes” and save the settings.
• Then you should go to the WooCommerce settings – General tab – under currency options set the Number of decimals to the value that you want.
