We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please make sure that you have one item under “Excluded products” section. Because “Excluded products” section works like and conditions and when you have multiple items then it will check all of the listed items is valid. When one of the items is not valid then it will not exclude any product.

In the future versions we will add OR conditions to the products and excluded products section too as like conditions section.

If you have two items under the “excluded products” section you can delete one of them and create a “Exclude from all rules” rule for that item.

Please check this screenshot. In this rule we excluded a category from all of pricing rules.

If it is not the case then share your rule full-page screenshot to let us check it out.

Please let us know if are you trying to create cart discount rules.

If you would like to apply multiple cart-discount rules to the cart, follow the below steps.
– Go to the plugin settings – general tab – cart discount section.
– Set the “Discount Apply Method” to the “Apply sum of discounts” and save the settings.

If you would like to create a bundle discount then you can read this article.
If you would like to create a bulk discount you can read this article, and read this one to create a tiered discount.

Thank you for using our plugin.

First please make sure that you have created a pricing rule and the rule is not a cart discount rule. Cart discount rules work as like WoooCommerce coupons and does not have sale badges.

If you have created a pricing rule please make sure that the badge is enabled for the pricing rule tab in the plugin settings. Please follow the below instructions.
– Go to the plugin settings – General tab – product pricing section.
– Uncheck or check values for “Show Sale Badge” based on your needs, for your pricing rule type. You can enable or disable it for “simple”, “bulk”, “BOGO”, “tiered” and “bundle” deals.
– Save settings.

If it does not shown, please follow the below instructions.
– Go to the plugin settings – General tab – Product Pricing section.
– Make sure that the “Show Sale Badge” is enabled for the pricing rule type that you have used.
– Try the listed position options for the archive and product page.
– You can use “Sale Badge Position On Archive Page” to set the position of the sale badge on archive pages.
– You can use “Sale Badge Position On Product Page” to set the position of the sale badge on the product page.
– If the listed positions can not help you then your theme does not support them and you have to use the below shortcode.
– If none of the listed positions does work please set it to “None” and use the below shortcode to show the sale badge.

Thank you for using our plugin and for your question.

The plugin has the below shortcodes and you can use them.
[wccs_bulk_table] To show the bulk pricing table on the product page. (Accept product_id [wccs_bulk_table product_id=”1″])
[wccs_purchase_message] To show purchase message on the product page. (Accept product_id  [wccs_purchase_message product_id=”1″])
[wccs_live_price] To show the live price on the product page.
[wccs_countdown_timer] To show countdown timer on the product page.
[wccs_sale_flash] To show sale flash on the product page when sale flash available.
[wccs_discounted_products] to show discounted products. It has some restrictions like displaying discounts that added to the variation attributes.  

Please note that you can not use the “product_id” attribute in all of the above shortcodes and you can use it on shortcodes that support it.
For example [wccs_bulk_table product_id=”1″].

You can use the [wccs_countdown_timer] or [wccs_live_price] on the product page and not elsewhere because they don’t accept the product_id attribute.

You can check this article to use the shortcode in your theme file.

Please note that most of these shortcodes are available in the pro version of the plugin. But quantity table shortcode is available in the free version too.
You can use the [wccs_bulk_table product_id=”1″] shortcode, replace “1” with your product ID.

Thank you for clarification.

If that rules is a cart-discount rule, you can ask your theme developer or a developer to show coupons in the mini-cart. In other words you should add a feature to your mini-cart to show WooCommerce coupons.

Unfortunately, the plugin has not such a feature but it is not related to the plugin and it is related to your mini-cart and you should add a feature to show WooCommerce coupons.

Please note that I explained cart discount rules because they work as like WooCommerce coupons, and will apply to the cart when it is applicable otherwise it will not be shown.

As I see in the first screenshot, the discounted price applied to the products, so I don’t know what is the issue.

If you would like to show the discounted price on the product page, the plugin pro version has a live price feature that shows discounted price on the product page.

The plugin has a basic compatibility with WOOCS and you can try it.

If yes, can coupon be created in different currencies and be used following different conditions of your plugin?
The plugin has not a condition to select different currencies.

If you create a percentage discount then it will apply discount based on prices in each currency.

If you create a price discount then it will calculate discount amount based on current currency. For example 2$ discount will be exchange to the current currency of the site.
