    Hi @tbg2023,

Thank you for choosing our plugin. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If I understand correctly, you are experiencing an issue where the bundle items are not being displayed on the product page. To resolve this, please follow the instructions below:

    1. In the plugin settings, try selecting different options for the “Bundle position” setting.
    2. You can also experiment with the “before CSS selector” or “after CSS selector” options. Set the “CSS Selector” field value to “form.cart” and see if it helps. If you are a developer, you can try using other values for the “CSS Selector” field.
    3. If none of the listed positions or CSS selectors work for you, you can try using the product bundle shortcode.

Our plugin provides the following shortcodes that you can utilize:

    • [asnp_wepb_product]: Use this shortcode on the product page to display the bundles.
    • [asnp_wepb_product show_add_to_cart=”1″]: Use this shortcode on the product page to show the bundles along with an add to cart button.

However, if the issue is that the bundle product is not appearing on the shop page, it is possible that you have hidden out-of-stock products, and one of the bundle items is currently out of stock, resulting in the entire bundlebeing marked as out of stock.

Please note that you can find helpful articles and video tutorials on our website that provide guidance on creating a bundle product.

We hope this information resolves your issue. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards

    Hi @zmoton

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

It can be a conflict on your website. To find it please follow the below steps.

    • First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule to the product.
    • Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    • Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce.
    • Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache.
    • Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    I hope it helps.

    Hello @marianahr

    You are welcome.

You can add the below code to your child theme style.css file to hide the original price in the cart.
/* Hide del price in cart */
    .woocommerce-cart-form .product-price del {
    display: none;
    }

Yes, you can create prepacked bundles with the plugin but it shows the bundle items to customers inside the cart and order.
Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have an option to hide bundle items inside the cart or order, but we will consider to add such a feature in the future versions. Please feel free to contact us if you require a custom solution in the meantime.

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

    Hi @marianahr,

Thank you for choosing our plugin. We appreciate your support.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We would like to address your concerns:

Regarding the display of prices, we regret that you did not provide us with a link or screenshot to examine the issue on your website. However, we would like to inform you that if a bundle product has an original price higher than the discounted price, our plugin displays the original price as a strikethrough and the discounted price as a sale price.

Unfortunately, our current plugin does not offer a feature to hide bundle items within the cart and order. We understand that this functionality may be important to you. While we do not have it available at the moment, we will certainly consider adding this feature in future versions. Please feel free to contact us if you require a custom solution in the meantime.

We hope this information clarifies the situation for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

    Best regards

    Hi @hima123

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

No it is not possible to show all of the variations at the outer level.

In the new version we will fix the issue of showing a default variation at the outer level when it’s variable parent is available to select.

Please help us spread the word and boost our motivation with your 5-star review for the plugin.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @sandervoogt123

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

No, unfortunately the plugin doesn’t have an api to get the rules, but you can add such an api by reading the plugin codes.

    I hope it helps.

    You are welcome.

You should select a variation of the variable product as a default product if you would like to show it as a default product.

As you know in the WooCommerce itself you can not purchase a variable product and you should select one of its variations and there is same scenario here.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @hima123

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just please note that you can not select a variable product as a default product and you should select a variation product as a default product of an item. Variation products are available in the pro version of the plugin so you can not choose them as a default product of an item in the free version.

If you would like to use variation products then you should purchase the pro version.

Unfortunately, the links that you have provided don’t work and we could not check it out. But please check the above message regarding variation products.

    I hope it helps.

    Hi @danielj89

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can localize the plugin frontend texts from the plugin settings.

The texts are in the plugin settings tabs and sections.

For example bulk pricing texts are in the plugin settings – promotion tab – quantity table section.

If you would like to translate it for a multilanguage website, then you can follow the below instructions.

    • Go to the plugin settings – localization tab – set Enabled to “No” to disable localization. Check the attached image.
    • Translate the plugin texts that appear in your site front-end which are exits in the language file of the plugin.
    • After translation is done, save one of the pricing rules to clear the plugin cache and try again.

    I hope it helps.
