Yes – we have “WooCommerce PayPal Payments Advanced Gateway” installed & active (version 1.3 – which is the latest available). I’ll try to reach out to the support for those areas directly.Is there any way to ‘roll-back’ to an older version of a plugin if something is now not compatible?

I got access via the hosting file manager and managed to get the site back up. now to go check each plugin individually and find out which one(s) are the culprits!

In reply to: Site unavailable after updating pluginsHi bdbrown – thanks for the prompt response. I just tried to access via FTP, but looks like the site was not setup for FTP access by my predecessor (tried http://ftp.ucsfpartnersincare.org with my usual user/pass) but would not connect.
Forgive my ignorance, not sure what the “host cPanel File Manager” is or how I would access it given I can’t even log into my dashboard and access the admin panel at all. Is this a completely separate route in?
