create a phpinfo() page to see what is allowed on the server and what services are running / disabled.
Version of php are you using?Are you hosting on an apache server or iis?
Alternatively turn off all other plugins to see if the problem still persists.

It’s so close to Christmas they needed to have a working calender without delay for all their promotions over the holiday period. I really liked your product and will try it out again on another site if need be in the future. Thanks for getting back to me. Happy Xmas.
