I am sorry to say, there is no way you can access to the mail if you haven’t created one. But you can change your default configuration of the New Order by logging in to your wp-admin > WooCommerce settings > Email tab now add your Gmail where you want to receive the new order notification on the text box. Then hit changes, you are good to go.

Sorry to know you are having problem filtering the media file due to huge number of media files. I would like to suggest you try installing Smush Plugin that will help you compress your media files which will help you solve the timeout errors.
Then, you can filter the media files from the Smush. I hope this fix your issues, hope to hear from you soon.

I don’t know if this is the best way to do it, but I found an Export option in the menu at the top-right of the theme editor. If you upload those files to your child theme, You should have the same customizations that you did to the main Theme.
Here is how you can create your child theme:

Create a child theme folder.
Create a stylesheet for your child theme.
Enqueue the parent and child themes’ stylesheets.
Install and activate your child theme.
Customize your child theme.
