Been searching for possible reasons, and found somewhere that WP Related Posts plugin could generate files with prefix “rp_”.
But this behaviour still seems weird to me. If ‘WP Related Posts’ generates these thumbnails, I should’ve got too many alerts everyday for a large number of files instead of just four of these.
