First of all, I am sorry. I really did not want to offend anybody. I am not a professional web developer, I am just a photographer, who was looking for a solution to showcase my images.
I think it is easy to confuse two products that have identical names and similar functionalists (they are both galleries).
It would be nice if Dennis were more flexible and understanding, especially after I reached out to him personally and explained the situation.
By this review I would like to educate potential buyers; chances are I was not the only one who confused these two galleries and, possibly, purchased the wrong one and never received a refund. I did not have a chance to experience the free plugin, my research led me straight to paid options.
The paid version did not have neither functionality nor the look that I needed so my one star review is not only for not receiving a refund but, first and foremost, for the product’s performance.
Encountered the same problem. Solved it by:
1) Deactivating all plugins
2) Updating all plugins, needed to be updated
3) Activating all plugins
It worked!
