I just had the same problem yesterday. My web host banned my IP for too many attempted wrong/incorrect/invalid POSTS of login information to wp-login.php within a short period of time, when all I was doing was customizing the look and feel of the login page using the plugin. For now I have been whitelisted, but there needs to be a longer-term solution.

Hi Brenda… It is the same issue for me. The PDFs show up in the folder created and upload successfully via plugin, but the plugin (v 1.0.1) is not recognizing nor displaying the new files that have been added.
