Any idea what might be happening yet? I’ve just updated to v3.9.7.7

I’m not using a cache plugin and I’ve clicked Rebuild cache several times.
I’ve also tried [spreadplugin shop_productcategory=”Shirts”] on the Awareness Raising T-Shirts page at http://www.artisan14.co.uk/awareness-raising/awareness-raising-t-shirts/ – the other three Awareness Raising pages are using [spreadplugin shop_category=”CATEGORY”] but they’re all displaying all the products as before. Nothing seems to make any difference!

Still the same. I added the shortcode (with the relevant category number) on the Badges page and it’s showing the same products, so it looks like the pages are showing all the products, not just products from one category.
I’ve checked everything in the nextgen-gallery folder and they’re all 755 or 644 as above.
I’ve no idea what the permssions for any of the folders/files should be – is there anywhere I can look them up?
I tried Other Options: Reset Settings but I got the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” – I built the site and I’m the original site admin!
The site is on a pretty standard Twenty Fourteen theme.

In reply to: [Lugada] Responsive menu not appearingI don’t have the Flexislider plugin installed but I deactivated plugins one at a time and it turned out to be Form Maker Pro that was causing the problem.
Many thanks for your help Andrew.

In reply to: [Lugada] Can't move my website to another domainI highly recommend using the BackupBuddy plugin for migration, it’s a paid plugin, but it makes the job a dream – http://ithemes.com/purchase/backupbuddy/
The galleries are not individual pages. The main page, called Photo Gallery, is an actual Page with the NextGen code added using ‘Attach to Post’.
The items on that page, 2013 Events, 2012 Events, etc. are sub-albums of Photo Gallery which were built in NextGEN.
Each of those sub-albums is an album containing thumbnails and links to the galleries for the events for that year, also built in NextGEN.
Everything was built in NextGEN so the only actual Page is the top level one called Photo Gallery.
If there’s no way to make gallery.php work in v2.0.40, then I guess it’s back to the original question of which file replaces gallery.php in the latest version of NextGEN.
Assuming there’s a file that I can add some code to, does anyone know the code that would make the gallery’s description appear above the [Show slideshow] link?
I added some code and re-uploaded gallery.php to the view menu, but it doesn’t appear that NextGEN is using the template, does it need to be uploaded to another folder?
Does anyone know which PHP template displays the gallery? I would like to add the gallery’s description above the slideshow link.
There’s a single album page with sub-albums on it – see http://www.artisan11.co.uk/gallery/ – all sub-albums and galleries are built within NextGEN Gallery.
Elementary mistake! I was adding a shortcode (following what I did in a NextGEN album I built a couple of years ago) and I didn’t spot the ‘Attach to post’ icon.
Many thanks for putting me on the right track 🙂

In reply to: Need both index.html and index.phpI had a look for plugins but couldn’t find anything simple, all the ones I found were for marketing and had far too much other stuff in them. I needed to get started on the job ASAP so I’m building the site on one of my proofing accounts and I’ll migrate it when it’s done.
Many thanks for the suggestion though!
