I am forwarding this issue to our Dev team they will check and fix this. Once we fixed this we will inform you, don’t worry.
For now, please use our other block plugin named Essential Blocks. You will get a Parallax Slider block as well.

It seems you are not using the EmbedPress plugin to embed Rumble videos. Check this screenshot.
