Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems really very strange.Please make sure you are using the latest version of Essential Addons on your site. And then do a plugin conflict test. You can check this doc out: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/docs/plugin-conflicts-wordpress-website/
In the meantime, if you are using any caching plugin. You can deactivate and then retry once.

We are using cookies due to identify or count the unique clicks. If you want to disable the cookies option, then you can simply disable the link tracking option. Then it cookies will not be enabled again newly.Please note that for the links which already run with cookies, you can’t change or disable cookies for those.

Actually, you can control the notification delay time manually from the Customize > Timing section. Check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/QwrKYeYou need to set and wait one second at least.
