But i make any pictures with extension png yith ps6, all have the same height and width
and I still have some photos that do not load, I believe it is not those settings if none of the photos should work, right?
Do you have an exact product size? a specific type of extension, a standard model for me to test?

What if you go to the media gallery and the image link to add “#” without quotes?
