Yes, I was on siteground and had their caching plugin enabled. Disabled it and it worked. Thank you so much, this issue was keeping us on hold for long.

Yes, that is correct. Cloned it via standard clone mode. No error, on activating the theme the page refreshes and still the default theme remains activated. The new theme doesn’t activate despite trying to activate it.

No, using the free version and not remote cloning. Cloning on the same multisite network.

Appreciate your quick response. I can confirm that URL arguments is turned off. The arguments though dynamic always appear in the same order.
After trying everything, still could not get it to work 🙁

Edit: If I use a custom search plugin, what would be the custom field that will be needed to search using that plugin?
Is this a feasible solution?

Thanks for the immediate response.
I replaced the capabilities file from previous host to new host and now I get following error
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/doonline/public_html/ngohosters.org/wp-includes/theme.php:3944) in /home/doonline/public_html/ngohosters.org/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 934
I also replaced theme.php from previous host to new host however I still get this error.I also opened up theme.php however the total lines present in the file were 1986,so could not find line 3944
