Problem solved! I changed this line:
$q_config[‘locale’][‘se’] = “sv_SE”;
to read:
$q_config[‘locale’][‘sv’] = “sv_SE”;
I also made sure locale for Swedish was set to sv_SE in Language Management/Edit Language in the settings for qTranslate.
Apologies, I forgot to mention the web address to my site in question. It is http://kaannos.info (“käännös” means “translation” in Finnish).
