Hi, WPMU is unfortunately not fully supported yet. The 3.1 version is currently being tested by a larger WPMU site and should be released soon. (I hope)

Looks like the Wp-Cron-Job which is set by the plugin is not executed or never completed. This could be an issue with the server configuration or maybe the script runs out of memory. Dos the debug mode of the build process run through successfully?
@thevirtualpreacher: I would like to have a look at your solution, unfortunately I can’t access your site at the moment…
Is the problem fixed if you click on the “Use default” link next to the stylesheet setting and save the changes?

Also most of the bugs are not easy to reproduce and occur only on some cases which makes it very time intensive to fix them….
Uuhm, there is no error_log file from the plugin… Can you try to rebuild the sitemap via the debug function from the admin screen and watch out for any errors or warnings?
