  • Hi @miyukifujii,

Thanks for such a thorough report. Very helpful! The two errors are related.

The connection information stored for Site ID 201988112 was not correct. It still pointed to an older copy of your site on your host’s subdomain (it looks like the live site started as that copy and kept its Jetpack connection). The connection test was being sent to that old address, which returns 404, and the “URL stored by the Jetpack servers” error was Jetpack noticing the same mismatch from the site’s side. This was specific to the stored information for the main site. The https://www.informatix.co.jp/sis/ site works because you connected it separately, with its own ID.

I have corrected the stored address, so no reset or workaround is needed from you. Could you try the two things again:

    1. Under Jetpack → Settings → Security → Secure Sign-On, click “Connect” to link your WordPress.com account. The earlier error should be gone. More on this step: https://jetpack.com/support/sso/
    2. Re-run the connection test at Jetpack → Debug. It should now pass.

Let me know how it goes, and if anything still looks off I’m happy to take another look.

    Thank you,
