I am having this same issue, setting up the Stripe Gateway after not using it for a while. I’ve also checked with Stripe, and they say all of our information is complete.
Does anyone know whether the payouts work despite the error message in the plugin? I can’t test those right now because I haven’t completed the setup.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Product Page is not showingIn addition to the products not being recognized (though the records are still in the database), we get an error message when clicking on a product category page: “Oops! That page can’t be found.” The url for the product category is as it should be: http://www.homeandaway.gallery/shop/product-category/nat-am-jewelry/

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Product Page is not showingThis happened to our site when our host upgraded to WordPress 4.2.2. a few hours ago. When I logged into our WP dashboard, I got a message that our databases needed to be upgraded, which I did.
Since then, there are no products showing up in our shop. Using the Category Pages extension, categories show up, but jigoshop is not recognizing any products within the categories.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Filtering Premium plugin still not workingHi, Paul. Thank you for your prompt response. I should have mentioned that I deleted and re-installed the latest version from the MY Accounts section minutes before I wrote the post, and that does not solve the problem. The version I installed today is the same as the version I originally installed: 2.4.9.
Other suggestions?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Support for paid extensions – where do I go?Hi, Krzystof. Thanks for your prompt response. I am still getting the same error message. I’ve deleted the plugin, downloaded it again, and installed it again, but no change. (It’s still the same version, according to the version number.)
Is there something different I need to do, or are you still working on a fix?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Product image thumbnails – only 2 in row for new versionI’m having a similar problem. I have columns set to 4, but the Shop only shows 3. I use Sparkling for Jigoshop: http://www.homeandaway.gallery.
Suggestions, anyone?

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Leftover Woo Commerce tables?Hi, Amadeus. This has been on the back burner for a while, but I finally got back to it a couple of days ago. The problem is, indeed, resolved. I had to delete all the database tables, after which I was prompted to re-install WP. Starting with a clean WP database, I re-installed Jigoshop, and the appropriate tables are now present.
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Memory limit issue – can't resolve with wp-config.phpHi again, Amadeusz. I had copied the command direclty from a WP page (http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP). It is shown as: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ )
In comparing the define command to other commands in the wp-config.php file, I realized it had a leading blank space and a trailing blank space within the parentheses. I removed the extra spaces, so it now reads: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ ); (Note I changed it to 128M also, which was allocated by my host)
All is well now. The error message is gone, and the Jigo System Information page shows 128M for WordPress Memory Limit. Thank you so much for your help; your question prompted me to check the command again.
Issue resolved, at least for me.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Memory limit issue – can't resolve with wp-config.phpHi, Amadeusz. The message is: Warning! Jigoshop requires at least 64M of memory for WordPress! Your system currently has: 40M.
So far, I haven’t done any work on the site, but I am hesitant to spend time on this if it’s going to cause problems down the line.
Thanks for your help.
