Hi Everyone, I had the same problem and fiugered out the issue maybe will help someone.
The problem is with the Chrome browser not Elementor or the website itself, one of the browser extensions causing this conflict.

Thank you very much Peter, this got fixed by deleting the whole folder as I was only deleting the wflogs file itself only.
