It seems that the issue has been originated after a recent Yoast update. Also, my theme might have an incompatibility issue. I’ve changed my homepage settings (removed the widgets). Now it generates breadcrumbs for the subsequent paginations. I’ll keep it this way and try future Yoast updates to see whether it gets solved. Also, I’ll look for a new version of my theme. Thank you @suascat_wp for you help.

Thanks for your response. The anchor text for the Homepage field is “Home” (built-in). The “Enable Breadcrumbs for your theme” option is set as “Enabled”. Still the error is there. (I’ve checked with Rich Results Testing Tool after clearing cache from my site and Cloudflare.)

Please let me know what I should do next 🙏

Thanks ProjectArmy, I apologize for late reply. If I want to use Cloudflare free flexible SSL, should I still tweak NGINX settings? I changed the database with a plugin to add HTTPS to all of my URLS including GUIDs (URLS were changed). But My site’s inner posts still show 404 (it says ‘too many redirects’ as well). What should I do, could you please advice?

I guess, If the WP-Config.php file contains wrong username/password then error message should appear all the times. But in my case, the error message comes only random times. Not always… So, may I think that there is no issue with wp-config.php username/password here?
