Unfortunately, it’s impossible.
We had to use new library to make Excel files, as PHPExcel is outdated and no longer supported.

So to get Excel files — you should install PHP 8.1 at least.

But you can temporary rollback to previous version , go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/advanced/ and use dropdown at bottom.
