What PHP version do you use exactly ? You can see it at page >WooCommerce>Status.
Our plugin requries 8.1+
So you can manually update plugin via >Plugins>Add New>Upload with

Unfortunately, it’s impossible.
We had to use new library to make Excel files, as PHPExcel is outdated and no longer supported.So to get Excel files — you should install PHP 8.1 at least.
But you can temporary rollback to previous version 3.6.0 ,
go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/advanced/ and use dropdown at bottom.thanks , Alex

To fix problem on live – please, visit https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/advanced/
scroll to bottom, click “Download”, replace plugin via >Plugins>Add New>UploadStaging website runs in HPOS mode , so you got different error . We fixed this error but we didn’t update dev version yet.
If your code won’t work after updating live website – please submit your settings as new ticket to https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/
