The issue is much deeper than just some plugin interaction. After 2 days I have found someone with exact issue like I have and there is even a video on which you can see what I am talking about. https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/34127
Even more strange is I implemented the code from the link bellow but the problem still persists
