Sorry about the delay.
Are you able to check what response code you get in the network tab of the developer console?
Just open the developer console then open the network tab, then refresh the page.
Take a screenshot of what ever is in there and share it here.
If it’s a 403 error then you have been blocked by the firewall.
If it’s a 500 error then something has gone wrong the server side and you would need to check your php and WordPress error logs.

Right now theres no way to easily add this list into the whitelist, I will add a task to our development list to investigate the best way to add this.
But for now I’ve put all these IPs into a text file for you, just open it and copy and paste the contents into the whitelist field in the plugin.

Ok so accessing the login page redirect works but is the redirect from your secret page to login page working?
e.g you go to website.com/secret_page and it then redirects to your login page
Does that happen? or are you getting stuck on your secret page.
If it’s working in other browsers with no issue, it suggests something is going wrong with the browser.
What browser are you using, do you have any browser plugins installed that could be affecting it?
Is it possible to run the browser without any plugins enabled does it work then?

I’m unable to reproduce this issue.
Are you on the latest version of the plugin?
Are you able to temporarily disable all other plugins on the site to see if the issue is still there (maybe it’s a conflict with another plugin)

Glad it’s working for you as expected.
Do you have a static IP address? you could turn on the whitelist feature that only allows whitelisted IPs to access the login page (all others will be blocked).
Found at: WP Security -> Brute Force -> Login whitelist
Or you could use our Cookie based brute force protection, with this you have to access a secret page in order to get a cookie that allows access to the login page.

Does it redirect as expected? (When you visit the secret URL and the page stops loading, if you check the URL are you on the login page or still on the secret page)
Have you also tried another browser?

None of our create table SQL commands in the plugin specify a storage engine.
So it will be using the default for your server.
If your server supports the MyISAM storage engine there should be no harm in converting these.
I recommend taking a backup before making any changes to your database so you can recover in the unlikely event there is a problem.

Are you sure it’s caused by this plugin?
Can you temporarily disable this plugin and try a password reset yourself.
Does it work?
If it doesn’t then it’s not this plugin causing the issue and you can reactive the plugin.

Hi,
This isn’t possible with the free version of the plugin.
The premium version includes a country blocking module which allows you to block entire countries and also whitelist sets of IP addresses.
So you could block all traffic from the USA but whitelist the IPs of Google Bots.

What response code does that return?

Can you open your developer console in your browser and then go to the network tab.
Then save the settings and check the response code that comes back?

Also do other settings save for you or is it just this one that is causing problems?
