CF catch the site author name/email as sender.
So impossible to “reply to” on a received mail…In addition, the tag <[your email]> setup in the form return a empty place in the sent mail if placed in the “message boddy” (the right text case)

the problem is that there is NO map to correct. Only the mention “google is not able to locate this place” 🙂

no it is activated on a per site basis, IF users want it on their site.
one of them used as private hostig plateforme it works the same, activated on a per site basis since all sites dont use posts (blog functionalities)

but works here http://wpmu-blogs.net/

yes this occurs in my multisites (all of them, i manage 5), and yes it is the same with twenty twelve 🙂

No no i am speaking about the widget, and it is still the same on last versions, whatever the theme is and whatever the page/post is and whatever the site is. Tested on a fresh install standalone (not multisite) and have the same issue 🙁
