Go to your cpanel and then /wp-content/plugins/ and there you will find yorur WPS admim. From there you can delete that plugin and then login to your website using yoursite/wp-admin and then disable plugin from there.

You can delete that WPS hide from your C panel, then go to file manage-> public HTML-> wp-content-> plugins and then delete plugin file from there. Login to your word press.
I faced the same issue and then i followed the same steps.
