I added this and I got some weird smiley face and the content of the page went blank. Only the title showed up. Any suggestions?
I’m getting the same issue, did anyone get to solve this? I click once it works, but then when I close the lightbox and click the button/link again it lightboxes the whole page instead of just the form. WTF?
