You have to Install the plugins available with the shamrock theme,Once you install go to Appearacne – widgets than drag and drop the author widget to the desired location of the side bar.

I want to pull the posts from other directories.I tried using the feeds,but it is not solving my requirement.
hi I am using rush theme,I installed this plugin and activated,its not woking,it use to run on the old theme twenty ten,I recently changed the theme and even I tried uninstall and installed again,still the ratings are not visible on posts.
