In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Site #1 works Site #2 breaksHello @hebhansen ,
Could you please share the site URL and let us know if it has any caching plugins enabled? If you have something showing in the console please send a screenshot, that would be very useful.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @camelotcamel ,
Thank you for reaching out.I checked the possibilities with Elementor Pro. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide any option to wait for a second click. However, a useful workaround could be to set a trigger that waits a couple of seconds before showing the pop-up. This way, the user can first interact with the banner and then with the pop-up.
Here’s a screenshot of the setting:https://prnt.sc/V6WUGUEbflbpThis should solve your issue. Please let me know if this suits you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.Hello @stevendigital ,
Thank you for reaching out.I’m sorry to inform you that we dropped this particular integration some time ago. We created an article in 2021 explaining why, along with a case study.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] No Cookie BannerHello @new_joerg ,
Would you mind reaching out to our ticketing platform on our website? This will help us address the issue properly. Thanks in advance. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @janmazanek ,
Thank you for reaching out.I checked this on one of our test sites, and the various formatted cookie messages saved every time without an issue. Please check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6TehafkK-0XB.
This might be a theme issue. Could you please try testing this on the standard Twenty-Twenty theme to see if it gets loaded? Or maybe it’s a caching issue. Have you tried clearing the JS/CSS cache after saving the new changes?
Please let me know if this helps. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @akg-free ,
Thank you for reaching out.I’m sorry to hear that. If the DOM script hasn’t worked, you can try this as a workaround since it only requires a reload. This mu-plugin will reload the page after the marketing category consent is given, which is the one used on the placeholders. You can also modify or add other categories based on your needs.
This is usually a good workaround for these kinds of issues. Please let me know if this helps. Looking forward to hearing from you.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] One banner always visibleHello @valucky ,
Thank you for reaching out.
The feature you’re referring to is “Manage Consent Display Options,” located in Consent Banner > General. By default, it’s set to “Hover on Desktop – Hide on Mobile,” allowing users to revisit their choices.
If you prefer to remove this option, you can select “Hide Everywhere” from the dropdown menu and click Save. This will make the manage consent tab disappear once cookies are accepted or denied.
Hope this helps!Forum: Plugins

Thank you for reaching out.I’m sorry to hear that. I checked your site and see that even if the banner is not showing, our JS is working in the background. So, I believe it was another plugin that caused that wp-die message to appear. If it was Complianz, please feel free to share the debug log.
If you have any other questions about the plugin, I’ll be glad to help.
Regards.

Thank you for reaching out.
I’m sorry to hear that. Could you please send a screenshot of our current Statistics configuration page in Complianz (Wizard > Consent > Statistics configuration)? This usually happens when the GTM id is not inserted and the wizard has been completed.
You may reapply and save the GTM ID by clicking “Save and Continue” on the Statistics configuration page and then finishing the wizard again. Clearing the site’s and browser cache would also help a lot in the process.
Please let me know if that fixes the issue. Looking forward to hearing from you.
