Hello @dizzow ,
Would you be able to create a staging site with Complianz activated so we can take a look?Hello @jestemzmiasta ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Due to the current progression of the plugin, we now require domain authentication. Without it, it is not possible to scan the site. I apologize for the inconvenience.
The only solution in this case would be to roll back to the previous versions of the plugin. You can check the changelog and download the version you prefer that does not have our new solution implemented. Please keep in mind that our domain authentication only improves the cookie search by having two active scanners instead of the classic one.
I hope this clarifies your doubt. Wishing you a nice day 🙂
Best regards,
AntonioHello @dizzow ,
Thank you for reaching out.
I am sorry to hear that. Can you please start with our basic troubleshooting by checking this page? Also, if you can check the console to see if the REST API is getting blocked, that would be great. If you could share the site too, so we can take a look and see the issue in person.
Please let us know. We are here to help.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Problem of cookies page regenerationHello @cdserveopro ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Both issues are most probably arising from the fact that Complianz has its REST API blocked, specifically blocked with the error 401, which you can see in the console (here’s a screenshot). Complianz relies on the REST API, and blocking access to it actively prevents the plugin from functioning as intended.
Can you please look into that? Try disabling any caching, optimization, or performance plugins to see if this affects Complianz. Alternatively, check if any server rules are being applied to the REST API.
I hope this helps!

AntonioHello @webepc ,
Many thanks again for the details. We will definitely look into this to understand the reason behind it.
Thanks again, and wishing you a nice day!Hello @webepc,
Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed description.
Usually, the hamburger issue is caused by one of the Elementor integrations in Complianz called “Ultimate Add-ons for Elementor”.
To solve this, could you please disable the one specifically mentioned above or all Elementor-related integrations in Complianz under Integrations > Plugins? This should resolve your issue. Once done, please also clear the LiteSpeed cache.
Please note: the Elementor PRO integration won’t be disabled, but it will follow the state of Elementor Free.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
AntonioHello @edbarcenas2024,

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Floating iconHello @selqs ,
Thank you for reaching out and for your great feedback.I’ve updated the guide by fixing the roundness of the floating widget, properly hiding the “.”, and adding support for .svg files. Both icons are now fully centered as well.
Feel free to adjust the size to 60×60 if you prefer; for now, we’ve kept it at 50×50, similar to the previous version. From my tests, the icon should remain responsive on both desktop and mobile. If it’s not displaying correctly on your site, please try excluding Complianz from your caching plugin — guide here.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] no visits in Google AnalyticsHello @jackennilsen ,
Thank you for reaching out. That’s a strange issue, especially since the configuration appears to be the same. Could you please check the data stream in Google Analytics? Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to check the your site with Google Tag Assistant, as it’s under maintenance. However, using Omnibug, I was able to see various page views with the corresponding Google Analytics events.
Please let me know if the data streams is still connected to your live site.
