Thanks for getting back on this.I have a clone dev site just besides this one, and did some testings.
Now I realize that the problem has to be with the plugin(s) that I want to translate.I can’t do any edit (Error: Forbidden) on some plugins like:
- bbPress Advanced Statistics
- Give – Donation Plugin
It works on:
- WP Maintenance
- WP User Avatar
So… it seems to be a plugin problem.

This is a rock solid Newsletter plugin.On my bilingual website project EN/FR), as of today, I am currently using 60 plugins. All behaves fine with qTranslate-X (https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/about). I use Loco Translate to translate the strings that need to.
As Tea Soul and tonz003, I really miss to be able to translate the welcome emails and subscriptions forms.Thank you for your hard work and kind attention,

Just a word to let you know that I really enjoy your great plugin 🙂
However, this morning I was in need to use it again (version 1.1.6) and… I wencountered the same problem as ericremer quoted above 🙁The solution to make it work has been to revert to version 1.1.4.
I also noticed that in the wp-config.php file some lines were badly updated. Unfortunetly, I can’t remember exactly where but pretty sure there was missing apostrophes (‘) at lines:
define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘example.com’);
define(‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/mysite/’);Hope this may help… ?
