Yes, I am using WordPress 3.5 and with the Recaptcha activated, I cannot add users, I get that error message. So, it is broken with Captcha activated.
And by selecting Custom Links, it immediately corrupted my database. I deleted the Theme my Login plugin and then re-added it, error came back. I had to restore the database to make the site work again with Theme My Login without the Custom Links option. Seems like this plugin needs to be fixed and updated to work with all options within WP 3.5.
Still broken. Menu items appear for Administrator. Users, but permission denied for All Users and Add Users. When I deactivate S2Member, Admin Menu Editor works perfectly. Please fix it.
