OK…problem resolved. 🙂
For me it was simply a matter of going to the “General Options” page of my Dashboard and adding the “index.php” extension to the URL address listed…as in “http://yoursite.com/subsegment/index.php”. I had omitted it when I originally did the set up.
For the record, Jason, the version of Plesk I’m using is Ver. 7.5.4; which came with my LaughingSquid.net hosting package. I’m not sure if I can update it without their approval.
I believe that my WP version is the latest 2.0.4, so unless there might be a db or an upgrade issue, I wouldn’t be in a position to help solve your issue.

I happen to be a newbie too, and I have a question:
Exactly what values should I put in the “Insert Images Defaults” section?
Some have said that they can be left blank, but when I do that the plugin still won’t work.
Also…the icon for the button seems not to work, either.
Any suggestions?
