Which error logs? Does the installation generate them?

Sorry to not being clear. What I meant to say is that the DB tables were not created.
I did create the DB and user with all rights and associated it to the DB.
I tested the install on another domain on the server with the created database and it worked. Then I cleared the tables pushed the files to the problem domain and it still hangs.
