So far i have been testing this plugin only on localhost 🙂 I will try with a real online wordpress installation next, to see if i can replicate this problem.

It has been working well without a splash in my tests. Anyway I will test more thoroughly starting tomorrow morning.
Do you see any errors in the browser developer console? Can you can show a live site with this problem, it would be a huge help in solving this.
Yes, we have promised d.busby to use the commercial version of Flowplayer in his plugin. So that should not be an issue for anyone. Also like d.busby said he had implemented the plugin already at the time we asked him to help in our forums, he’s helping WordPress Flowplayer users in our forums and also answering questions about other topics.
The Flowplayer licensing should be in the true spirit of GPL as it makes it possible to require author attribution. We are not misusing the license in any way.
