Another option would be to apply the bulk discount to specific Categories, that would be nice and clean but I understand it could be tiresome to code.

Hi, I also need this functionality, If I sell 2 apples and 3 oranges I need a 50% discount on the subtotal as the total number of items is = 5.
Does anyone have a fix for this? Has anyone managed to successfully change the script to get this to work? Is it possible to change the script?
