I just upgraded to WP 4.1 today. My media error upload problem abated for the space of exactly ONE media upload and now it has reverted to error message again. I looked at the moderator’s suggestion (http://codex….) but it was gobbledygook to me. Is there a simple fix for this problem, or am I destined to never be able to upload another jpg again?
