Hi Caimin,
OK thanks!
Hi Caimin,
Thanks for the reply! Hmmm, well I don’t know if that’s exactly what you mean, but we do have another plug-in that sends emails. It’s called Birchpress and it send automated emails when people register for apointments… These emails are way different tho, and do not contain the same fields, as they are for a different kind of event (live, as opposed to web sessions for Events Manager).
Let me know if you think of anything else I should investigate.
Thanks!
AnnieHi Angelo!
Thanks for the reply.
I’m weary about switching versions if the Dev version isn’t stable, as I’m quite a newbie and I won’t be able to trouble-shoot if the new version crashes my site (is that even possible?) or if the plug-in stops working. I have registrations currently going on so I don’t want to fudge anything up.
So we have the following installed:
Events Manager Version 5.7.3.
Events Manager Pro Version 2.5.1
Events Manager and WPML Compatibility Version 1.0.1My agency installed the Pro plug-in so they have the login & password, I’ve contacted the plug-in to request additionnal accesses as I’ve read there are Pro support forums. I decided to try here also just in case I would get help here first…
Any other idea other than trying the Dev version? And / or reassurance there is no risk associated with giving your suggestion a try?
Thanks,
AnnieHi Jordan,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, this is exactly what I tried doing. I created the event in Spanish, and in that very event, under “Custom Automated Emails” I tried putting the information in Spanish. But it’s not working, users receive the default French content.
How is it possible?
Thanks for your help!
Ah I figured it out. I hadn’t edited both the client and the admin forms.
