Hi @shameemreza,

when you choose a city then the select input “Région/Département” displays just below. But I removed it because it was unuseful in my case. So everything is working for now. Thanks a lot !

Thanks to everyone !

I solved my problem with a plugin I installed for checkout page Woocommerce. I remove the required input “Région/Département” and now the form works perfectly.

Hi @ckadenge,

“First and foremost, I recommend updating your database to match the current version of your WooCommerce. From your store, you should be able to see the WooCommerce database notice as detailed here. Please follow the steps and have it updated to the latest version.” ==> I did it but nothing change….

“Secondly, I can see you have a third-party theme, have you tried switching to the default theme (Storefront) and checked if the issue persists? If not, I recommend creating a backup and then switching to Storefront to see if the issues persists.” ==> I did it too and the issue persists….

The problem is just with the form in the checkout page. Maybe, I should install a plugin to manage checkout woocommerce ????

I installed a new plugin a few weeks ago. I desactivated it but problem still here.

the issue was because of WP-Optimize plugin.

When I deactivated it, it solved my problem.

I changed the name of my plugin directory and it doesn’t work. Maybe I did something wrong !
