In reply to: [Neve] Resize images doesn’t workHello again and thank you for your answer!
I tried the method described above step by step, but again nothing changed. The image size stayed the same.
Hope we’ll be able to find a solution to this!
Kind regards,
Anna
Thank you very much! I started seeing more traffic now, but it still differs very much from the other plugin. I will contact the support through the link that you provided 🙂
Kind regards,
AnnaThank you very much for your reply! It looks like it came back to work.
Kind regards,
AnnaI tried now to the same with contact form 7 and I am getting the same error, so the issue is somewhere else.
Thank you!
All the settings were correct and bots were excluded.
I enabled the HoneyPot feature as you suggested.
I also did a little test and visited my website from my phone (not logged in to wordpress). WP statistics immediately counted my visit while google analytics is not showing it even after several hours.
So it might be a problem with them.
Thank you very much one more time,
Kind regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to add space to a product pageThank you so much for your answer!
Maybe a bit stupid question, but where can I add the CSS code?
I don’t have ‘a page’ to edit for the product page. I can only edit the product details in Woocommerce and I don’t see where I can add the code there.

Thank you! I got my issue fixed without the backup, but I will keep that in mind in the future.

@mmachado22 Yeah, thank you! I started deactivating all the plugins and reactivating one by one all of them and somehow my website came back to life 🙂 I didn’t really understand what happened there.
Hello, I have the same issue: after updating I get critical error message and site not loading, when I deactivate Elementor the site is loading but looks funny.

Hey, my hosting provider Asura hosting suggested moving my site to a different node and see if that would help. That however would require more technical skills from me cause I would have to do some changes in the cpanel, or something like this and I gave up.
I mean if they can’t fix the integration what would they do if there will be more issues?I moved to Printify and so far everything was working much better. The prices and services are pretty much the same, with one difference, it’s working 🙂
Thank you! I am getting that error when I am trying to sync the two plugins, so I don’t know if that will help me, but I’ll try to talk to my host provider one more time.
But if it will not help I will think about other plugins then.
Yeah same here and I saw on the internet that we aren’t the first ones having this issue. At this point it starts to be hard to believe that the problem is at all these different server providers.
I reached Woocommerce here very easily as well, but they are saying that because it is an integration plugin they can’t really help and that we should talk to the Printful support.
Here’s my conversation with them: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-prinful-sync-error/ with no solution though.
Now it starts to look like I’ll have to look for another POD service.
@katherineprintful I talked to my server provider and they reassured me that everything is fine from their side.
@reliford8 Did you get a chance to talk to your server provider? Were you able to find the solution?
It looks like it’s quite common issue with this plugin and I wonder if it’s possible that the problem is just with different server providers rather than the plugin itself.
