Thanks for your suggestions and help I tried them all but the issue still persists:
– Both the codes “&# 10003;” (or “&# 10004;”) display a checkmark when typed from the HTML view but when I save the post the checkmarks turn into question marks(?)
– I changed the font to system fonts like Ariel, Sans Serif but there was no change.
– I deactivated all the plugins one by one, but the checkmark character still got converted into a question mark(?)
