I was provide this information in the first pors of this thread. But I think that problem with non-standart port number. But this is just a guess.

Such probleim occurs on the site fmk.bseu.by
Here it’s a correct favicon (withowt activated WP Advanced PDF)

Here it’s an incorrect favicon (when the WP Advanced PDF activated)

For some strange reason after WP Advanced PDF activated it was chenged to favicon of a root domain site (bseu.by)
Now the plugin is switched of, but i’ll activate it if it’s need to try to solve the problem.
