Solved.
The front page was stalling without the menu loading and with only the first background image loading up.
I deactivated Litespeed and deleted the plugin, then reinstalled from WP resourse and activated again. Solved the problem. Maybe some old code out of order in .htaccess.

The rates are live interbank rates for over 180 world currencies.
The rates displayed are a maximum of 12 minutes delayed because of refresh rates.
We don’t use Yahoo because it is subject to frequent changes to coding and would cause the plugin to break.
We prefer a simple form as it also ads SEO advantages to the users page.
