Thanks so much for your swift reply.
I temporarily changed the theme to twenty twenty-four however the header and footer did not appear, so I am inclined to think right now it’s not an issue with the Ziri theme.
Secondly, I have changed the Events template from Default Events Template to Default Page Template to see if that would change anything, however this did not work either.
I have also added the header and footer into page template designs, but that doesnt work.
I can see that the \wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\views\v2\default-template.php file does state the get_header() and get_footer() functions, however following this Events -> Settings -> Display tab -> Calendar sub-tab -> Calendar Template section -> Events template does not lead me to anything that says ‘Events template’. All I have is ‘Calander Template’ and ‘Calendar Display’.
So sadly I am no nearer to diagnosing why the header and footer does not display on my event page and singular event pages.
