I got kind of a similar issue. I get a blank page when I click on the Add Gallery/Image Button. The same happens when I click on the options button. Also deactivated Contact Form 7, but nextGEN Gallery did still not work. Pretty strange.
Thank you so much for the hint. It broke my theme, too. Now it works.
@taeke: does that mean the tinymce doesn’t work after you deleted this line? or does everything work fine after deleting the line?
