Hi Matthias, thanks for the reply! I did some more testing today and I think my issue relates to the fact that I was trying to use the Bluesky custom text field with a custom post type. (My CPT supports title, date, editor, author, thumbnail, and excerpt if that matters.) When I tested it with a standard post, it worked well.
Another minor thing is that I found the connection between the “Automatically publish new posts to AT Protocol” global setting and the post-specific “share this post” toggle a bit confusing. It makes sense to me that when the global setting is checked, then disabling the post-specific toggle would prevent it from publishing to the ATmosphere. But when that global setting is not checked, I would expect the toggle to be off by default at the post level, but to be able to toggle it on if you do want to push that particular post to the ATmosphere.
