Tried all of those (and flushed the cache once again.) Still showing a 404 page.

@jorbin – thanks for the pictures.
As it turns out, my plugin didn’t update properly. I manually uploaded it this morning and got it to work.
I wasn’t aware that the player was in the wp-content/uploads/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress/player directory. Once I fave it full writable permissions it worked like a charm.
