That shouldn’t be the case. Can you help us reproduce the problem? Was it specific browsers that caused the issue? Do you know what time you tested it out? (perhaps we can correlate this bug report with our server logs). Anything else you can tell us to help us reproduce this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Hi All – Sorry for the bug! We’ve resolved an issue where the chat would never appear to be loading. You should no longer have trouble uploading avatars, etc. Please note that some browsers may say “Loading data from edge2rx4.envolve.com…” or similiar somtimes. This is a normal side-effect of our real-time technology, and it shouldn’t cause any problems.
