Hi,
I have a similar problem. In my case the order is placed from Culver City where the tax should be 10.250% https://snipboard.io/1FolRN.jpg using https://www.taxjar.com/sales-tax-calculator/.
However, WooCommerce charged a tax of 9,51% that we don’t know where it comes from https://snipboard.io/5rFJCR.jpg
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for taking a look at this.
I will use this filter for now, I hope you find a way to integrate BP’s emails into your plugin too 🙂
Thank you for the great work on this plugin!

In reply to: [Email Log] Buddypress emails do not appear in the logHi,
I see that no emails from BuddyPress are tracked. It’s strange because WooCommerce ones are tracked, for example.
Any idea?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Facebook catalog sync problemsHello @fernashes,
Unfortunately, WooCommerce support team couldn’t help me neither via ticket. I’m completely lost after their answer. I paste you the answer here for your reference.

I’m definitely sorry to hear of the troubles. As you know, Facebook created this extension and provides official support for it. I realize they sent you our way, so I wanted to at least do some research on the topic.
After digging into their GitHub repository where people can post issues related to bugs, I was able to find a few instances of other users reporting this same problem. Here’s a reply from one of the contributors to the plugin:
this is intended and normal. Facebook does not allow multiple prices, multiple colors, or multiple anything per product. So each variant is imported as separate product and will show up that way. Rest assured that in any dynamic ads that you run, only one such product will show.
You can find this in the report listed here: https://github.com/facebookincubator/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/619#issuecomment-417496195From my understanding, Facebook does not support variations and this is the intended behavior. Each variation has to be listed as a separate product. I would recommend adding your experience to that issue on GitHub and see if they can create a workaround or solution for you. If that doesn’t help, this may be a feature that you’d need to get custom help with. We’d recommend the following experts if you choose to go that route: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

In reply to: [Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7] Conditional tags showing in the emailHi @jules-colle,
I finally managed to understand what happened. My theme disables the version in the enqueues “?ver=…”. After updating CF7 and your plugin, it seem that a lot of users still had the old JS files in their browser cache. This seem to be the cause of the issue.
Thanks for you time!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Facebook catalog sync problemsHi @dougaitken,
Thanks for your reply.
I don’t have any details about the export. I’m not sure where the problem come from.
I will try to submit a ticket in WooCommerce.com and get back to you when I have more info if they couldn’t help me.
Best,Hi @nixiack8,
Thank you for your response. The client have not answered anything yet, but suddenly I have the same problem in another site, also using the latest versions of WP, Woo and your plugin. In that case, the problem ocurred with Safari from iOS 12.1.4. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, since in my Safari from iOS 11.4 it works fine.
Any ideas of how to debug this further?
Thanks in advance
Hi,
Client uses Safari. With my version the checkout looks fine, so it seem a JS problem of concrete versions of Safari (I guess, an old one).
Any ideas of how to reproduce this?
Thanks

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] Changing API key break my formsHi @liljimmi,
I managed to solve this by exporting my 8 lists to a CSV file and rename the old list ID with the new one.
Just a suggestion: maybe you can put a list selector inside each form instead letting your JS broke the entire form after change the API key?
Thanks anyway for the great plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product schema microdata with VATI solved this with the suggested workaround explained in your link.
Thank you @icaleb!
Yes, for the moment we’re using the free version but my client won’t have any problem to purchase the pro one if you include this feature there.
I just send you an email for this.
Thanks!
