Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
TranslatePress does not provide a way to change the viewport. However, you can easily switch to another viewport directly from your browser developer tools.
If you are using Chrome, this should be helpful: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/device-mode/

You should be able to go to TranslatePress Advanced Settings => Miscellaneous Options => Open Language Switcher only on click.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The strings from the invoice should be gettext strings, so they should be translated from Translation Editor –> String Translation Interface –> Gettext tab.
However I am not sure if the implementation that you are trying to achieve will work.
Let me know about this!
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The problem you are experiencing seems to be related to the “Automatic Translation Memory”. Please go to TranslatePress Settings => Advanced => Miscellaneous options and deactivate it.
Let me know if it helps.
Greetings,
Thanks for contacting us!
The way TP is designed you are supposed to have all of your content written in the default language of your website and translate it to your secondary language.
We are not able to make any kind of modifications to your default language.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We do encounter this kind of issues from time to time, might be a compatibility issue with one of your plugins or themes.
What is important is if you are still able to select strings from the dropdown menu to translate in the Translation Interface. Are you still able to do that?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hello there,

It’s possible the automatic update doesn’t work for you. You can download the free version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/ and manually install it in your website. WordPress should see it as an upgrade. All your settings and translations will be preserved.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to talk about the paid features of our plugin on wordpress.org.
Please try reaching out to us with the same question here.
Hello there,

If you excluded the string from being translated you should also delete it’s already existing translation that gets displayed when you switch the language.
If the “do not translate attribute” I am not sure we have others that might help. You can keep adding names manually to Exclude strings from automatic translation but I can see how that is not the best approach.
Have a look here to see all the methods we offer for excluding content from translation.
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Try to search the emails you want to translate into Translation Editor->String Translation->Emails tab and see if these appear there.
You should be able to also find a cuple of strings under the Gettext tab.
Let me know about this.

Usually the conversation you start by opening a ticket are continued via email, if you don’t find your tickets there or in your spam folder we can continue the conversation here.
Can you please test this in an incognito browser window or clearing your browser cache.
If you have any browser caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, try to disable it temporarily. Also I would be grateful if you could check the Translation Editor to see if this strings are indeed translated properly.
